Privacy Policy
The sabr.asia website uses no cookies, no visitor counters, no analytics and no advertising services. The only personal data that reaches us is what you type into the contact form yourself.
Version of 16 August 2026
1. Who processes your data
The data operator is SMART ASIAN BUSINESS RELATIONS LLP (SABR), business identification number (BIN) 250640030182.
Address: 12/2 Dinmukhamed Konayev Street, office 51, Yesil district, Astana 010000, Republic of Kazakhstan.
For any question about personal data, write to info@sabr.asia.
2. What we collect
Only what you enter into the contact form yourself:
- your name — required;
- your company — optional;
- a way to reach you: phone, WhatsApp, WeChat or email address — required;
- your message.
Stored alongside the enquiry are three technical details: the address of the page the form was sent from, the language of that page, and the date of submission. They tell us which service you are asking about and which language to reply in.
We do not ask for identity documents, bank details, health information or any other special-category data. Please do not send such data through the form.
3. What this website does not do
The sabr.asia website:
- sets no cookies;
- installs no visitor counters or web analytics;
- contains no advertising pixels, social media widgets or share buttons;
- loads no external fonts, maps, video hosts or content delivery networks — every file is served from our own server;
- builds no visitor profile and makes no automated decisions about you.
That is why there is no cookie banner here: none is needed. Until you submit the form, we receive no data about you at all.
4. Why we need it
The sole purpose is to consider your enquiry and respond to it: to contact you, discuss the task, and where appropriate prepare a proposal, an invoice or a contract.
Your data is not used for mailing lists, advertising, or disclosure to third parties.
5. Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the corresponding box before submitting the form. This is required by Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and its Protection" No. 94-V of 21 May 2013. Without that tick the form will not send.
If your enquiry leads to a contract between you and SABR, further processing is also carried out for the purpose of performing that contract.
6. Where the data is stored
Enquiries arrive at SABR's corporate mailbox and are stored on the website's server, physically located in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan. This satisfies Article 12 of Law No. 94-V, which requires personal data to be stored in a database located on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for twelve months from the date received, then destroyed.
If an enquiry results in a contract, the related documents are kept for the period set by Kazakhstan's accounting and archival legislation.
You may ask us to delete your data sooner — see section 9.
8. Who else sees your data
Nobody outside SABR. We do not pass on or sell data to third parties, and we do not place it in external CRM or marketing services. Within the company, access is limited to the staff handling your enquiry.
Data may be provided to state authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan only in the cases and by the procedure expressly prescribed by law.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- find out what data of yours we hold and how it is processed;
- require it to be corrected, blocked or destroyed;
- withdraw your consent to processing at any time.
Write to info@sabr.asia from the address or phone number given in your enquiry, or by any other means that lets us identify you. We will consider your request and reply within no more than fifteen working days.
Withdrawing consent means we stop processing and delete your enquiry; we will not be able to continue the correspondence afterwards.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may apply to the authorised body for personal data protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
10. How we protect the data
The site runs over HTTPS only. Access to the server is restricted and key-protected, and the number of staff with access to enquiries is limited.
The internal file that duplicates enquiries in case of a mail failure is blocked from the internet by web server configuration and is purged once the retention period expires.
No protection is absolute. Should a breach occur, we will notify the people affected and the authorised body within the deadlines set by law.
11. Links to other websites
Texts on this site link to external resources — for example adilet.zan.kz, stat.gov.kz, nationalbank.kz. Following those links is your decision, and those sites operate under their own rules. This policy does not extend to them.
12. Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Enquiries already received remain governed by the version in force when they were sent.
13. Questions
For anything concerning personal data — info@sabr.asia, or the form on the Contacts page.
