Financial model
A spreadsheet calculation with separate sheets for assumptions and calculations: revenue, costs, taxes, financing, the cash flow statement, performance indicators and sensitivity analysis.
Investment proposal
A document for negotiations with an investor: the substance of the project, the financing required, the structure of the transaction, the roles of the parties, the expected return and the exit terms.
One-page investment teaser
A one-page project card for the first contact: the niche, key indicators, the site, potential partners, sources of finance, contacts. In four languages if required.
